I think anything relevant to the Perl community should be posted, regardless of language. True, I would be disppointed if there was no English equivalent available, but then sometimes I don't understand the ones written in English either.

I don't think the "wait around for a new section" argument holds water. Half of what's currently on PM probably wouldn't be here if that were the case. Post it where it seems reasonable and if it needs to be reorganized later, so be it. In the mean time let those that can learn from and enjoy it do so.
