No, the problem is in newlistapproved listapproved settings embed node with vote container, not your code -- and I should have fixed it when I fixed shownote.

OTOH, you're wrong about what missing from reply settings means -- it means not-replyable. More speicificly: the entry replyTypes is a comma-sepperated list of nodetype names that replies to should be notes. The other entries should have keys of nodetype names that are replyable, and values of the nodetype that replying to them creates. Note that there is no optional whitespace before or after those commas.
