Of course you probably should have asked this question on the NMS Support List, however yes there is no problem with using the NMS FormMail on a Windows system, a significant proportion of our users are doing so and it has been extensively tested there.

The things to watch are

• You will need to use the SMTP: variant of the $mailprog configuration. You should ask your administrator or ISP about a suitable SMTP server to use
• You should see this discussion about the shebang line when using IIS

But you'll get our attention better if you send your questions to the mailling list
