The wikibook project was not started by any of us and honestly none of us have time to maintain it

Maybe you add one note that moose team does not recommend it because it is outdated.

That wikibook says the author is http://search.cpan.org/~stevan/, and he has email at http://www.iinteractive.com/, and he released Moose-0.54.
