No, it was a few years ago, using the unix epoch. `$ perl -wle'print ~~gmtime 1e9' Sun Sep 9 01:46:40 2001` [download] Other past problem dates are 19700101 (several digit changes:), 19700102, 19700112, 19700426, 19730303.
