The EU requires you to share personal economic responsibility with every Greek. Since shared personal responsibility is a paradox, it can only fail. There is no local conflict in history that has killed as many persons as even the Catholic church, bringing it back around. I advocate for improvement, not perfection. There is no objective perfection in a natural world and the necessarily subjective pursuit of it has caused immense problems. I'm not an anarchist though I see the charm. I'm a classical Liberal who believes it is every bit as immoral to assert that one can be born into sin as be born into a contract.

( I'm sceptical though) It's somehow like Puerto Rico + US now, with the difference that Greeks have equal rights and that Brussels actually sends money. And there is the f-word: force. Don't look at me over Puerto Rico. I may be wrong but I am consistent. :P I have always said they should either get statehood or the territory be released its own country. I still think so but unfortunately, at this late date, there may be no good choice. Either one would fix little and come with a new set of problems for them.	[reply]

"force" like: No reforms, no money. Probably "bribed" into reforms is more adequate? They've been offered to drop out of the Euro, and they've been clever enough not to slaughter the (angry) milk cow. Concerning Puerto Rico: I read they want statehood, but the GOP prefers a colony over a certainly blue member state. Big scale gerrymandering...
