I have actually bought Komodo 1.2 and think it's grand. I was a bit miffed when they started charging for the student licence as well, but I still think it's well worth it.
At the office I still use Komodo 1.1 simply because I never got around to have the new licence ok'ed by the powers that talk money, and even that is good. To be honest, the changes from 1.1 to 1.2 are not that many. But even when you have an IDE with syntax colouring, you can't really get away from commandline debugging... --cs There are nights when the wolves are silent and only the moon howls. - George Carlin
