Reminds me of a university friend back in the 90s who was totally confused that the emails of his English girlfriend never reached his mailbox.
Took him weeks to find out that the University of Sussex was blocked for xxx spamming ...

<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
