The Vim website (http://www.vim.org/) contains a number of tips, scripts, and other resources to make one's use of the editor more efficient. Among their top rated tips is Tip #305: Best of VIM Tips (VIM's best Features), which contains a number of useful bits in addition to those you've presented above.
