New chatterbox features

Now if the chatterbox annoys you can turn off public messages and just view your privatemessages.

It's as easy as
/chatteroff or
/chatteron
if your tolerance for chatter has increased.

    Great vroom! (though now I don't spend enough time here to really use this feature). This new functionality and post about Chatterbox FAQ reminded me of another possibly needed feature: when I /ignore someone, after awhile I can forget that I'm ignoring some monk(s). It would be nice to have some sort of indication who's being ignored (or am I missing anything?).
