My suggestons:
1. Add target="_top" to the message inbox messages
2. Remove the meta refresh, and add a refresh button

I think the refresh is great... that way you will get to see what everyone is saying... like if you were away for a minute and came back - you dont remember to refresh it - dont worry! it's already done! =)
However, couple of things I would suggest adding/changing:
- Move the blank for entering comments down in the frame where the "submit" button it
- Make the text window scrollable - for a short time at least (capability of reading past comments while AFK)
Other than that, I think the whole thing is outstanding... now, where's the source? :)

BUG:
There appears to be a bug in the show private messages frame(ie the js cb message inbox).
After you've checked off a message, and it comes time to refresh again(30 sec), i am prompted(in IE5) that the page cannot be refreshed without resending the information. Please fix it.
