There has been some discussion in the chatterbox about your question
and basically there is some amount of confusion as to what
your question really is.
Have you looked at the examples given in the documentation? If so, can you be more specific in what you are having problems with so we can attempt to help you better? Another question that would be useful to know the answer to is: Are you looking to use Net::SSLeay as a client or a server?
