Wonderful notion. Along similar lines, it seems like I've seen a dozen messages of the form "I've been tearing my hair out over this for the last 12 hours..." or "Perl keyword foo doesn't work!" in the last week. Perhaps the default message content could also suggest they ignore SuperSearch and the FAQs? 8-)
