Moose is used in the project at work (BBC).
And, I just came back from a London.pm tech meet where the topic of the talks was... Moose.
So statistically, Moose is used in 2/3 of all data points in this post. That should tell you something (what exactly is unclear though).

<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
