A quick search on packages.debian.org for source packages in Debian stable (buster) containing acme finds these (and some non-perl stuff): libacme-bleach-perl libacme-brainfck-perl libacme-constant-perl libacme-constant-perl libacme-damn-perl libacme-eyedrops-perl libacme-poe-knee-perl libacme-poe-knee-perl libprotocol-acme-perl Yes, the debian package names are silly, but at least they are consistent: `s/^lib//; s/-perl$//; s/-/::/g;` [download] ... and you get the lower-cased CPAN distribution name. some remarks you listed two packages twice. again libprotocol-acme-perl is not in the Acme:: namespace or related Having a debian package doesn't mean it's meant for production, I have plenty of fun projects not meant for production. I should define production maybe a bit better. I am considering some potential artistic use of programming. Imagine an artist write a program that the result is displayed (almost for sure on a computer) in a museum or any other artistic space. Then, eventually those modules could be helpful. And the fact that they would be available in the Debian packages would make them easier to deploy in the museum production or even help the curator keeping them alive (Perl is quoted in this page) for a very long time, if they are considered as of any interest.
