I hope there should have been a way to select more than one option. In my case I do rely on multiple factors like:

• It has a recent release
• It has many MetaCPAN ++s
• It is recommended by a Monk
• It has clear documentation. Doesn't need to be extensive, if it shows me how to do something that meets my needs. I use it.
